| Pushing Daisies star Lee Pace |
Exciting news! Lee Pace will be gracing our television screens once again. Fans of the Emmy nominated star know him from the lovable yet short lived Pushing Daisies (or his latest roles in both Breaking Dawn Part 2 and The Hobbit). Pace is set to star in a new AMC pilot titled Halt & Catch. The show will take place during the tech boom in Texas' Silicon Prarie in the early 1980's. He will play Joe MacMillan, described as "often the smartest guy in the office and two steps ahead of both friends and enemies. Once a superstar salesman at IBM, he recently departed under mysterious circumstances only to resurface at an also-ran Dallas tech company named Cardiff Giant. He comes to Dallas with a plan to force the company into the new era of the PC boom."
Mackenzie Davis will also costar in this drama by Breaking Bad EP Mark Johnson.
